Underground downspout extensions
We connect your downspouts to buried drainage pipe that carries water well away from your foundation. These systems are fully underground, out of sight, and require little to no maintenance.
Pop-up emitters
At the low point of the pipe system, we install a pop-up emitter that opens under water pressure and releases water safely onto your lawn or garden bed, far from your home. When not in use, it lies flush with the ground.
Tie-ins to French drains or drain boxes
For yards with more complex drainage needs, we integrate downspout systems into French drains or drain boxes, allowing us to solve multiple runoff issues at once.
Leaf guards and filter fittings
To prevent clogs, we offer gutter leaf guard installation and install filtered fittings at the downspout connection, keeping leaves and debris out of your underground system.

We typically recommend extending them at least 10 feet from the foundation. With underground systems, we can go even further when needed.
